I with never buy another Hyundai. My problem is my 2022 Tucson, under warranty, broke down on the interstate. Towed to nearest Hyundai dealer, which was World Hyundai in Matteson, Illinois. Turns out a fuel injector was bad and gas had been mixed into the oil, which they state was a gallon low. I only used Hyundai approved dealer for maintenance, and was last serviced a couple of months earlier. World Hyundai recommended all the spark plugs to be changed so i said to go ahead and do it. When i picked up the Tucson, I was billed $434.78. I believed when a vehicle under warranty is damaged by covered parts that I should not have been charged anything. At the most, charged for 2 spark plugs because one was damaged by the breakdown and another was "...bathed in gasoline" by the dealer during repair. Another issue I have, is in the breakdown of an "estimate", they list, and charge, for 4 spark plugs replaced twice. Everything on the "estimate" was covered except for the second set of spark plugs. Hyundai of America told me too bad and "That if a warranted engine fails, the owner is responsible to replace all the associated parts, i.e. hoses, belts etc." In my opinion, if their warranted part causes damage to other parts, they should be liable for those parts also.
