2023 Palisade SEL Tow Hitch

Hi,
New user here. I think you all in advance for options, input and suggestions!

I need to get a trailer hitch installed on my 2023 Palisade SEL Premium.

I have attached an image of a calligraphy model with the OEM hitch. Does anyone here know if this can be installed on an SEL Premium?

I went to a dealer for an install this last weekend and they wanted to put the hitch below the whole bumper, told me it was my only option. I want to install a flush on in the image if possible.

That is how my '24 Calligraphy hitch fits. I don't believe there are any real differences. Bought mine here, https://myhyundaistore.com/ - It's a Dealership out of NY USA, shipping was free tho.
