Anyone aware of a program for Palisade similar to the “Circle @ Certificate” available in the Genesis world to fix a mutually (dealer/buyer) agreed upon price for a specific VIN by which to consummate a sale with any dealer, local or distant. Sounds a lot like the True Car process.
