I love my car and have dealt with repairs to the back hatch that has started to glitch again... but I just love my SUV. Now I have peeling paint on the back passenger side door! Has anyone else had this happen with this model?

I have same issue for past 2 years. My chrome wheels are also peeling x4
Does Warranty Cover This Issue, I would think it would, but again, they’ll come up with a way to not cover this! Good luck!

Nope, Hyundai says paint warranty 3 years 36k miles. I asked corporate, they said no as well. Even though this is well documented and history of peeling paint.

You have the right to be frustrated my friend. It makes me wonder, if I need a repair of some sort, will Hyundai try to Bullshit me and other Hyundai owners why my repair is not covered! Unfortunately, that is always a possibility! And that “Americas Best Warranty”goes out the window! I’ll just have to wait and see.

I do like the car other than the paint and engine oil issue. Hyundai claims burning 1 quart/1000 miles is normal. I've added 11 qts the past 10-11k miles. Its ridiculous. I probably needed much more but wasn't checking the dipstick every 1000 miles.
If your engine fails because lack of oil, it's owners fault due to lack of maintenance, so 10yr warranty doesn't cover it.
My car is at dealer, going to start oil consumption test. Need to bring in every 1000 miles to see how much oil is burned off.
