Drove from Florida back to Chicago yesterday and signed for my burgundy w/black interior Limited (AWD and Tow Package, including some other extra stuff). Take possession Wednesday. Paid MSRP (I think due to trade in). Didn't buy the interior and exterior protection but did buy the extended mechanical warranty ($1,700) for a 10 year, 100,00 mile coverage. Kind of cranks me as selling the car they tell you how great it is, then after the sale they tell you how you need the extra warranty. Also kind of BS that they tell you drive train is 10 year and 100,000 miles (true) and the new car warranty is 5 years 60,000, which is false. New car warranty is 3 years 36 months, with a limited warranty the remaining 2 years and mileage. Regardless, with all the electronics on this car, I felt better with the coverage. I'll sleep better for the 50 cents a day it cost me for the extra coverage. Can't wiat till tomorrow. Lots of manuals to review.
