When HDA MODE cruise if you hold down on the - set resume button it will go into auto speed control and follow the posted speed limits by it self up and down
my question is can I adjust this to go over the posted speed?

No, you cannot. Which renders this feature fairly useless.

This was a big Boo Boo on Hyundai's part. Everyone travels 3, 5, or more miles over the posted speed limit.
In Arizona they give us up to 10 mph over before giving a ticket. Unless you are in Flagstaff, they will give you
a ticket for 2 miles over the posted speed limit.
I think Hyundai has tried to limit their liability on any suit. In Korea they were pretty strick when I was there.
New York state used to give you 3 MPH over don't know what it is today, But traveing across country almost
every State is different.
I still want the choice myself.
